Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experience Inside Sales Professional for our client in South County, St Louis, MO. This is a direct hire, hybrid, full-time position.

Base Salary + Bonus: $60,000-75,000

We are seeking a self-motivated, sales minded to join a dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving new business development, expanding market share, and building lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with district-level decision-makers
  • Conduct webinars and virtual presentations to promote product offerings
  • Participate in setting and achieving sales goals, KPIs
  • Draft and negotiate contracts for new business deals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress through documentation in CRM
  • Contribute to team meetings focused on sales, marketing, and customer success strategies
  • Generate leads through proactive research and outreach to academic institutions
  • Develop creative approaches to capture new business opportunities
  • Structure pricing models and negotiate terms to meet sales objectives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and meet revenue targets

Qualifications/ Professional Experience

  • 4-5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities in high-volume environments
  • Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for conferences and events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
